The SendePaga name, logo, and all related software code are the intellectual property of Midens. All rights reserved.
The App incorporates several open-source libraries. A complete list of third-party licences is available within the App under Settings → Open Source Licences.
Regulatory Compliance
SendePaga complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.
The App contains no hidden tracking, spyware, or malicious code. All functionality executes locally on the user's device, in accordance with user-defined automations. Critical permissions — including Location, Notification Access, and Usage Access — are requested only when required for a specific user-defined feature, with a clear explanation provided before the permission is requested.
GDPR Statement
SendePaga does not collect, store, or transmit personal data of any kind. The App operates entirely on-device with no network access. As no personal data is collected or processed, the App is exempt from GDPR data controller registration obligations under Article 30(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Users within the European Economic Area retain all applicable rights; however, as no data exists, there is no data to access, rectify, export, or delete.

SendePaga is a convenience automation utility. While reliability is a core design goal, the App should not be used for life-critical, safety-critical, or mission-critical operations where an automation failure could result in harm, injury, fatality, or significant property damage.
