SendePaga ("the App") is a privacy-focused Android automation tool developed by Midens. This policy explains what data the App accesses, what it does not collect, and how your information is handled.
1. Our Privacy Commitment
SendePaga is built on a local-first, zero-transmission architecture:
- No data collection. The App does not collect, record, or monitor personal information.
- No data transmission. The App does not have internet access permission and is technically incapable of sending any data to Midens or any third party.
- No third-party SDKs. The App contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking libraries of any kind. There is no Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Crashlytics.
2. Android Permissions
SendePaga requests only the permissions needed to make your automations work. All processing happens on-device and data never leaves your phone.

Requested only when you use the feature

3. What We Do NOT Store
- Your name, email address, or any account information (no account is required)
- Location history or GPS coordinates
- Notification contents beyond the on-device automation check
- App usage history beyond the on-device automation check
- Any information about what automations you have created or how often they run
- Any information that could identify you as an individual
4. Local Data Storage
All automation rules, activity logs, and app settings are stored in a local SQLite database on your device. This data is:
- Never transmitted off your device
- Accessible only to the App
- Permanently deleted when you uninstall the App
5. GDPR Compliance
SendePaga is GDPR-compliant by design. Because the App collects no personal data and transmits nothing, there is no data processing activity subject to GDPR obligations. No consent is required. No data subject rights are applicable (no data exists to access, rectify, or delete). The App is developed by Midens, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, within the European Union.
6. Children's Privacy
SendePaga does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. There is no mechanism in the App to collect such data.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
