Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using SendePaga ("the App"), developed by Midens ("the Developer"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
SendePaga is an on-device Android automation platform. It allows users to create automation rules ("Automations") that execute locally based on device events such as Bluetooth connection, Wi-Fi network changes, charger state, time of day, and more. All processing occurs on the user's device. No data is transmitted to Midens or any third party.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Developer does not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities
- Automations will fire or execute with 100% reliability under all conditions
- Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Device-level restrictions (battery optimisation, manufacturer-specific Android modifications, Android version differences) may prevent automations from executing as expected. This is outside the Developer's control.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, or property damage arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- The failure of an Automation to fire, execute, or perform as expected
- Any third-party application's behaviour when launched by an Automation
The Developer's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any). As the App is provided free of charge, this limit is zero.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Configuring and testing your Automations before relying on them
- Ensuring that the actions triggered by your Automations are appropriate and safe
SendePaga is a convenience utility and is not designed for life-critical, safety-critical, or mission-critical use. Do not use it in situations where an Automation failure could result in harm, injury, fatality, or significant property loss (for example: medical devices, emergency alerts, vehicle safety systems).
5. Third-Party Applications
The App can open and interact with third-party applications installed on your device. The Developer is not responsible for the content, availability, behaviour, or security of any third-party application.
6. Intellectual Property
The SendePaga name, logo, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Midens. All rights reserved. The App incorporates open-source libraries; full licence details are available in App Settings → Open Source Licences.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting of the revised Terms at this URL. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
